The staff provide assistance for a variety of issues, including the installation, compilation and porting of applications, the execution of applications, data management and various machine-specific issues. Requests are handled as soon as possible. Working hours for the support staff are Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00, except official holidays. User requests are usually handled by email.
