Help-desk support

Requests for support on the machines can be directed by email to the staff that operate the facilities:

The staff provide assistance for a variety of issues, including the installation, compilation and porting of applications, the execution of applications, data management and various machine-specific issues.

Requests are handled as soon as possible. Working hours for the support staff are Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00, except official holidays.

User requests are usually handled by email. A website where you can track the history and status of your request(s) can be found here.

Advanced user support

In case you would like assistance that goes beyond regular help-desk support and that requires specific skills and considerable time to be solved, then Notur offers ways to apply for advanced support.
