Venue

• The meeting will take place at Dragefjellet located downtown Bergen. The street address is:

• The organization has made reservations in three hotels that are located in the center of Bergen. Hotel reservations must be made as early as possible as there are only a limited number of rooms available in the week of the meeting. Mention the reference code when making a room reservation.

Transport

• From the airport you can take a taxi to the city centre (20-25 mins, cost ca 350 NOK). Taxis can be found immediately outside the arrival hall.
• Alternatively, you can take the airport bus ('Flybussen', 30 mins, cost 72 NOK) to SAS Hotel Norge (Ole Bulls plass, ask the bus driver) and walk from there to the conference location (ca 10 mins) or to the hotel (3 mins to Rica Travel Hotel).

How to get to the conference venue

• From the airport bus: Get off the bus at SAS Hotel Norge (Ole Bulls plass), pass the main entrance of the hotel, and turn left around the corner. You will now see a big red church (Johanneskirken) at the top of the hill. Go to this church (follow Vestre Torggt.) and just in front of the church, turn right. Follow Øisteinsgate and Sydnesgate, and you reach Jussbygget/Dragefjellet.
• From Rica Travel Hotel: Go up the hill to the Museum (big building at the top of the hill). Turn right in front of the statue, and follow Langesgate, Øisteinsgate and Sydnesgate, and you will get to Jussbygget/Dragefjellet.
• From Strand Hotel: Pass Torgallmenningen (the big open square). In front of you, at the top of the hill, you will see the red church Johanneskirken. Go to this church (following Vestre Torggt.), and just in front of the church, turn right. Follow Øisteinsgate and Sydnesgate, and you reach Jussbygget/Dragefjellet.
