Notur Annual Usage Report - 2008

All projects that were granted computing time on the Notur compute facilities in 2008 must submit a Usage Report for this period.

The contributions will be included in a Scientific Progress Report that will be published and presented to the Research Council of Norway in October 2007. The report will also be made publicly available and may also be used by the Resource Allocation Committee for the evaluation of future applications for access to the resources.

The purpose of the reporting is to underline the importance of infrastructure resources for research. With the report, the Research Council also gains important insight in the scientific production (results and publications) across the various research areas that have required the use of supercomputers facilities.

Delivery of the usage report is obligatory for all projects that were granted resources on the facilities in the period January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008.

Please submit the report no later than February 23, 2009. Shortly after your submission, you will receive a request to confirm the information provided and have the opportunity for final adjustments.
