New email addresses for user support

The Notur project partners have new new email addresses for user support queries.

support@notur.no (previously: support@notur.org) for general questions and for when you are in doubt which site/person the problem should be directed to.

The following are the new addresses to each site:
NTNU: support-ntnu@notur.no (previously: support-ntnu@notur.org)
UiB: support-uib@notur.no (previously: support-uib@notur.org)
UiO: support-uio@notur.no (previously: support-uio@notur.org)
