Still shortage of computer time despite large capacity increase

Computer time for the allocation period starting October 3 has now been allocated. Compared to the previous period, there has been a 23 % increase in the Research Council's quota (by CPU-hour count) and a 11 % increase in the application volume. The application volume was 126 % larger than available quota. The allocation committee therefore had a difficult job in cutting the allocations.
