NOTUR - THE NORWEGIAN METACENTER FOR COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCE
The Notur project provides the national infrastructure for computational science in Norway. The project provides computational resources and services to individuals or groups involved in education and research at Norwegian universities and colleges, and to institutes and industry that collaborate with the project.

The first Nordic e-Infrastructure conference takes place in Trondheim, Norway on 15 & 16 May 2013, with preceding workshops 13 & 14 May. It marks the 10-year anniversary of Nordic collaboration in computing and storage services for science.

A working group appointed by the Research Council of Norway and led by Prof. Morten Dæhlen of the University of Oslo has produced a report with recommendations on how to fund and organize the national eInfrastructure for research and higher education in Norway.
